
Greg French, Managing Director
Greg French joined the property department at AFG LAW in 2002. He became a partner and head of the department in 2004. Greg’s areas of expertise include: wills, inheritance tax planning, residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases and probate work.

Anita Boardman, Managing Director
Anita is a partner at AFG LAW in the property and private client department. Initially qualified as a licensed conveyancer, she qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and now also specialises in elderly client services such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection work and probate. She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

Rahil Khan, Director
Rahil is a specialist criminal practitioner appearing at magistrates courts on a daily basis to represent clients who face a full and wide range of offences.

Catherine Woolley, Director
Cath has been a qualified solicitor since July 2001. Throughout her career Cath has specialised in family law and, in particular, matters concerning children. In November 2006 she became appointed as a member of the Children Panel as a children representative.

Emma Cordock, Director
Emma Cordock joined AFG LAW in November 2007. She qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2008 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in April 2011. She currently undertakes family work. She specialises in representing parents and grandparents in care proceedings and working with victims of domestic violence.

Carl Fletcher, Director
Carl joined AFG LAW in June 1996 and commenced studying for the legal executive qualification. Working within the residential property department, Carl predominantly acts on behalf of clients in the sale and purchase of domestic properties, remortgages and equity release transactions.

Michael Morgan, Senior Property Lawyer
Michael Morgan has been with the firm since 1961 and qualified as a solicitor in 1966. He was a partner between the years 1970 to 2004, after which he retired from the partnership to become a senior associate within the practice. He now concentrates his time as a private client lawyer specialising in people and their affairs and, in particular, their property.

Aaron Marshall, Head of Dispute Resolution
Aaron joined AFG LAW in July 2019 to head up the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. Aaron read Geography at the University of Edinburgh before attending Nottingham Law School and obtaining his law degree. Jill Parratt, Associate Solicitor
Jill advises in all areas of law to do with the break-up of the family or relationship, specialising in private law applications for contact, residence and / or any other issue that may arise in relation to children. Jill acts for both married and unmarried clients on their rights in relation to property and assets upon separation.

Stacy Fox, Assistant Solicitor
Stacy jointed AFG LAW in July 2018. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004, and has specialised in family law since qualification. Katie joined AFG LAW in 2017 as a family solicitor. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.

Tracy Haslam, Business Development Manager and Chartered Legal Executive
Tracy Haslam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2007 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in February 2008. She became an Advocate in 2014 and specialises in the preparation of crown court matters.
