Indira Lad

Indira is married with 2 boys and is originally from Walsall in the West Midlands before moving to Bolton 36 years ago.

Indira initially worked in the Criminal Department as a Criminal Team Coordinator and was in that department for over 10 years, but due to lack of legal aid funding the department ceased doing criminal work. Indira then moved to the residential property within the firm as a secretary and was in that department for around 3 years before being given the opportunity of working as Operator. Indira has now been in the role for 1½ years.

Indira’s duties include: Taking and transferring calls/emails from clients etc to the appropriate departments. Greeting clients who attend the office with pre-booked appointments. Assisting other departments with typing up attendance notes in between calls. Post duties from time to time in the absence of colleagues.
