Qualified in 2023 but commenced Conveyancing in practice from 2015

Prior to joining AFG Law in November 2017 Rebecca had already gained experience in Conveyancing and welcomed an opportunity to develop her career and qualified as a Licensed Conveyance in July 2023.

Rebecca is well known and respected in local conveyancing circles and has a strong working relationship with the estate agents and mortgage brokers and this leads to her working closely and attentively for her clients’ requirements during a stressful time.

Services

Rebecca’s area of expertise is Sales and Purchases for Freehold and Leasehold Properties, including apartments and New Builds.  Rebecca also deals with Buy to Lets, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Auctions, First Registrations, Right to Buy from Housing Associations, Staircasing, and complex transactions.

Outside of the office Rebecca loves the outdoors, especially hiking and socialising with her friends and family..
