Elizabeth McWhinnie

Background

Elizabeth joined AFG Law in January 2022 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property Department and is now a trainee solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department.

She studied law at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2018. She then went onto complete her LPC at the University of Law in Manchester in 2019. She started her training contract in September 2023 and qualified in March 2025.

Since joining the dispute resolution team, Elizabeth deals with a range of matters such as debt matters, boundary issues and contract disputes.
