2023 is upon us, and although some relationships may be looking forward to what the next 12 months will bring, others will have decided that the relationship has come to an end and will be looking to separate from their partners.
At AFG, we notice that whilst December/January isn’t our busiest time of the year for divorce enquiries, there are historically more enquiries made to us in January than in December. In our experience, this is for a number of reasons, including that often couples wish to get Christmas and New Year out of the way before starting this process.
