Matthew Taylor gives talk at Rochdale Borough Council

Last week, Associate Solicitor Matthew Taylor was invited by the North West Landlords Association to give a talk about the new Renters’ (Reform) Bill at Rochdale Borough Council.

The Bill is set to reform many aspects of residential landlord and tenant law, and is due to receive its Second Reading in Parliament later this Autumn.
