AFG LAW appoints new Head of Private Client Department

Leading North West Law Firm, AFG LAW, has announced a new Head of it’s Private Client department as it continues to see strong growth across the region. 

 

Hamza Mustafa he been promoted to lead the existing team of 7 staff in the firm’s busy Private Client department, which offers a range of services including Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney, Trusts and COP. He will build on the existing excellent departmental reputation with a particular focus on exceptional customer service.

 

Hamza joined AFG LAW in 2021 as a solicitor, bringing a wealth of experience across wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection and deeds of variation matters and quickly becoming an integral part of the team. Much of his work requires a sensitive approach and he has a reputation for ensuring that his client’s legal needs are dealt with in an empathetic and professional manner.

 

After achieving an Undergraduate Masters in Law from the University of Central Lancashire, Hamza worked for a national law firm prior to moving to AFG. He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a specialist group of lawyers who support and make a difference to the lives of older people. He is also prevalent on the regional business networking scene, representing the firm at various events.
