This new service is there to support clients when purchasing a property with an Islamic mortgage. This year, we have developed a tailored, comprehensive and innovative process to guide clients through the specialised documentation requirements involved in Islamic mortgages. As part of this, our residential property team will also ensure to liaise directly with the solicitors appointed by the Islamic mortgage lender, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
The team’s experience of the area will allow informed representation and engagement with the interested parties from outset to completion of the purchase.
