Our own Matthew Taylor is joining a prestigious line up of speakers at tomorrow evening’s North West Landlords Association event at Bolton Arena.
The evening’s speakers include:
PHIL RIMMER – Head of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services – BOLTON COUNCIL
Phil will provide us with updates on tackling the continuing impact of Welfare Reform. He will also touch upon the services provided by the Council.
PENNY APPLEGATE – Bolton Partnership Manager – DWP
Penny will talk about Universal Credit one year on and provide us with updates and advice for landlords with tenants claiming benefits.
MATTHEW TAYLOR – Solicitor – AFG LAW
Matthew will do a short presentation and talk about the Tenant Fees Act and how this impacts Landlords.

Lee and his colleagues will give us a brief introduction into their kitchen and bathroom supplies.
