Police are still interviewing people – make sure a solicitor’s present

The police are continuing to interview people and this includes on a voluntary basis. In all instances they should have a solicitor present as the consequences are significant resulting in criminal prosecutions and evidence being obtained which may be used against them at court.

Essentially the police do not do informal chats despite the impression created. Call our criminal defence team and we will attend the police station with anyone who needs legal representation.
