AFG LAW announce 3 new shareholders in the firm

Monday July 1, 2019

We are delighted to name Directors Catherine Woolley, Carl Fletcher and Emma Cordock as our newest company shareholders from 1 July 2019.  Following the retirement of Teresa Vickers, the three were invited to take an equity stake in the business.

The decision was taken by Managing Directors Anita Boardman and Greg French who feel that the three new shareholders have earned the right to ownership through many years of hard work, determination and commitment to AFG LAW.

‘Our three new shareholders will be great leaders for our business going forward. Since becoming Directors they have all demonstrated their skills by taking on new projects and initiatives within their respective departments,” says managing director Greg French “their appointment as shareholders significantly strengthens our business.”

“The appointment of Cath, Carl and Emma as shareholders underpins our ambitious growth strategy. As a firm we have a young, dynamic board of Directors who are now all shareholders which brings that extra layer of commitment as the injection of capital is their vote of confidence in our future plans,” adds managing director Anita Boardman “This is an excellent development for the firm as a whole and for them individually.”
