Stacy joined AFG LAW in July 2018. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004, and has specialised in family law since qualification. Stacy has worked in high street firms in Greater Manchester since qualifying and since 2013, having successfully gained Children Panel accreditation, has specialised in representing children, parents and family members in care proceedings.
She strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients by working in collaboration and, when necessary, presenting their case vigorously through the courts.
She is passionate about supporting local charities and organisations she deals with through her work, and has raised funds by taking part in various organised events such as Strictly Learn to Dance for Bolton Hospice in addition to running her own fundraisers via AFG LAW, in particular a silent auction for Bolton Lads & Girls Club. Further, Stacy sits on various committees including the Bolton Law Society, assisting to organise seminars and socials.
Stacy is also a High Court advocate having gained the Higher Rights of Audience Certificate which enables her to represent her clients and children in matters such as Deprivation of Liberty Orders and applications made under the Inherent Jurisdiction.
