Kate Bullen

Kate qualified as a solicitor in May 2004 and joined AFG Law in July 2022 to head up the Commercial Property team at AFG Law.

Kate works with clients both locally and nationally and has vast experience in all aspects of commercial property work.

Areas of expertise include:

• Sales and purchase of commercial property
• Investment and portfolio transactions including mortgage and remortgages.
• Landlord and tenant law including leases and licences to assign and sublet, Deeds of Variation and licence to alter applications
• Commercial mortgages
• Pension scheme transactions including in specie transactions
• Development site acquisition and plot sales

Kate has numerous commercial clients across the UK, many of whom have been working with her for almost two decades. She has particular experience in acting for clients in the pharmaceutical sector as well as those investment clients with large portfolios that require management and advice on a daily basis.
