
Rebecca gained her law degree and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2023. She gained a first class LLB in law with politics and was in the top 18% of their cohort. Rebecca gained top marks in Land Law, Company Law and Banking Law and has been working in family law since she joined AFG in October 2023.
Whilst working at AFG law, Rebecca has gained experience and knowledge by assisting with cases involving family financial arrangements and agreements for both married individuals and cohabitees, to help families plan for their future but also to navigate their finances in the event of separation and divorce.
Rebecca has a particular interest in declarations of trust and the law relating to cohabiting couples and out of court dispute resolution, and the overlap between family law and property law.
Rebecca was promoted from a paralegal to a trainee solicitor in January 2026 and is currently working towards qualification and studying for the SQE with a master’s degree. Rebecca is looking to qualify in family law. She engages with clients daily and is passionate about ensuring client’s feel listened to, supported and understood.
