Having trained in all areas of litigation for the past 25 years, Isobel has specialised in Criminal Defence work and has become a well-respected Defence solicitor in Bolton.

She has extensive experience of defence work not only in Police Stations, but also at Magistrates Court and Crown Court level.

Isobel assists in the management of a very busy Criminal Department which has been awarded a Criminal Legal Aid Franchise by The Legal Services Commission since 2002. AFG LAW have also attained Preferred Supplier status and in a recent Peer Review audit commissioned by The Legal Services Commission gained Competence Plus in all areas of its legal aid work. The Criminal Department operates a 24/7 365 days in the year police station callout service so that a solicitor or accredited police station representative is on hand at all times to assist those who fall foul of the law!!
