Background

Carl joined AFG LAW. in June 1996 and commenced studying for the Legal Executive qualification. Since then, he has worked hard to progress through the company and is another image of success for the firm.

Specialisation

Working within the Residential Property department, Carl predominantly acts on behalf of clients in the sale and purchase of domestic properties, remortgages and Equity Release transactions – the latter of which he is registered as a Panel lawyer as part of the Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP) Code of Conduct.

Born in Bolton and therefore having a good knowledge of the local area, Carl prides himself on being approachable to clients, advising in a way that clients understand and always seeking to achieve the best result - without cutting corners.

Carl also assists in the marketing of the company and being at the forefront of embracing new technology to carry the firm forward in to the next century.

Interests outside of work

"My main interest is football, supporting Bolton Wanderers FC, though I don’t get to watch them as often as I used to do. Other activities include being a volunteer Mentor for Bolton Lads and Girls Club, walking, volunteer Boarder for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and playing football at local level".
