AFG LAW hosted an After Hours event as part of their ‘#AFGgivingback’ campaign on Thursday 30 May at The Clarence, Bury. They were joined by Elisabeth Cooper from St Johns Buildings who spoke about ‘hot topics in employment law and employment issues’.
A ticket for the event was just £12.00 and a ‘proper meal’ was included in this cost with a chance to network with other employers. Proceeds from the event totalled £100.00 and this went to Home Start, Bury.
Home Start, Bury offers support in families own homes on a weekly basis so that children, parents and volunteers can build a strong and trusting relationship, and adapt to the changing pressures of family life.
The event was a huge success and the next event will be held on Thursday 23 July.
