If you are charged we will represent you at the Magistrates Court and in the majority of cases Legal Aid is available. If the charge you might face is too serious for the Magistrates Court or you have accepted advice to elect to be tried by a jury, the case will proceed by way of jury trial at the Crown Court in front of a Judge.
