Michael Morgan is a Senior Property Lawyer, Specialist and Expert Witness in Rights of Way with over 30 years of experience.

Michael is a practising member of the Academy of Experts, a representative on the National Federation of Bridleway Associations and advisor to the South Pennine Packhorse Trails Trust. He was also the British Horse Society (BHS) County Bridleways Officer from 1982 to 1990 and a research member of the Turton & District Bridleways Association from 1970 to 1988.
